But… what is an equality plan?
It is a document that ensures equal treatment and opportunities for women and men in ROADIS. That is: with equal skills, knowledge and qualifications, we must all work under the same conditions in terms of pay, training and promotion within the company.
And… what is its duration?
This plan is valid for 4 years, starting in December 2019. After these four years, a more in-depth review or update will be carried out.
Who is affected?
This Equality Plan applies to all company personnel, in all work centres established – or that may be established – in Spain.
What is it for?
- To promote the principle of equal treatment between women and men, guaranteeing the same professional opportunities.
- To guarantee the absence of direct or indirect discrimination on the basis of sex in the company, and especially those deriving from maternity, paternity, the assumption of family obligations, marital status and working conditions.
- To prevent sexual harassment and harassment on the grounds of sex.
- To raise awareness at all levels of the organization in matters of equal opportunities, non-discrimination, work-life balance and prevention of harassment.
- To promote the reconciliation of professional, personal and family life for all employees of the company, regardless of their seniority.
