As soon as they are no longer necessary, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies their blocking. They will only be available at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of any actions that may arise and, once the blocking period has expired, their complete deletion. For example, in the most common cases the limitation period will be 3 years derived from the data protection regulations.

In any case, if at the end of the contractual relationship there are pending disputes, the data may be kept during the procedural process and exclusively for evidential purposes, until a final decision is reached, at which time it will be blocked and subsequently deleted.
