The purpose of this Legal Notice is to govern access and use of the information and content made available by ROADIS through its Website, and the conditions required for access and/or use.

Liabilities and guarantees
The content on the Website is for information purposes and must not be construed as a recommendation of any kind of investment, transaction or similar operation.
However ROADIS declares that it has adopted all the required measures, within its capabilities and the possibilities of current technology, to ensure the functioning of the Website and to avoid the existence and transmission of viruses and other damaging components to Users.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The ROADIS Website and its content will be governed by Spanish law.
Relationships established between ROADIS and the User will be governed by current legislation regarding applicable law and the competent jurisdiction. However where the law provides the possibility of the parties submitting to a jurisdiction, ROADIS and the User, shall submit all disputes and/or lawsuits to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, under Spanish law, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitle.
