ROADIS, a leading multinational developer, operator and manager of highway concessions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition from MSF Group and Lena Group of their respective equity stakes in Portugal´s Auto Estradas do Atlantico (AEA) and Auto Estradas do Litoral Oeste (AELO).
The agreement was signed by our Chairman, Patrick Samson and Real Madrid’s Director of Institutional Relations, Emilio Butragueño.
