This Tuesday, one of the operations the ROADIS team had been working on during the last months was closed: increasing its participation in 3 of India’s assets.
ROADIS has purchased the participation of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) in India’s NH2, NH6 and NH8. A new step forward in its growth strategy.
Until now, ROADIS managed 25.5% of these highways. After the closing of this operation, it controls 50% of each one of them. The other 50 % is managed by the Indian infrastructure company SOMA Enterprises.
ROADIS in India:
- In India, ROADIS operates four assets totalling 710 km managed, and enjoys a strong reputation thanks to the network of partners it has created over the last nine years.
- NH2 is the 192 km toll road that runs between Varanasi and Aurangabad in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The concession period is 30 years.
- NH6 is the toll road connecting the city of Surat and the port of Hazira-Vadodara. This highway is 131.50 km long, in the state of Gujarat. The concession period is 20 years.
- The NH8 motorway is 94km long and connects Kishangarh with Beawar in the state of Rajasthan. The concession period is 18 years.
Congratulations to all the ROADIS team who worked hard to close this operation!
