ROADIS continues to make progress in its strategy to support the local communities in which it operates, committed even more strongly in the current context.
On this occasion, on the occasion of International Environment Day, members of the team working on the construction of the Santa Catarina Viaduct participated in a waste collection on the Santa Catarina river.
This action has been carried out, thanks to the joint action with GP Construction, our partner in the construction of the Santa Catarina Viaduct.
The initiative is part of ROADIS’ corporate responsibility plan in Mexico, which, as an active member of the community, seeks to work together with the municipalities in the areas near the project.
During the pandemic, the company has committed to working with the municipality of Santa Catarina to support people affected by the health emergency. In addition, we are confident that, with the reactivation of the Santa Catarina Viaduct project, we are also adding to one of the priorities being worked on in the country: the economic reactivation of Mexico.
This initiative is in addition to those we have already told you about, such as the campaign to support truck drivers who travel along the Monterrey-Saltillo Highway or the delivery of basic food baskets to the families most affected by COVID-19.
These actions, carried out during the first two months of the pandemic, have helped more than 8,000 people, always maintaining our policy of being a good neighbour to those who need it most.
We are moving forward with our Corporate Responsibility policy!
