Jose A. Labarra - CEO

After completing a degree in Civil Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Labarra began his career at Cintra, where he held different management positions in Portugal (Norte Litoral), Canada (407ETR), Spain and the USA for 13 years.

He then joined Grupo Isolux as Managing Director of Highway Concessions, where he led the team and implemented the portfolio of projects that constituted the starting point for ROADIS in 2016.

Javier Alvarez - Chief Audit & Risk Officer

Javier holds a degree in Law and in Business Administration and Economics from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and completed an International Executive Program at the INSEAD Business School (Fontainebleau campus).

He has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, mainly at Ferrovial where he was in charge of the entire Group’s Control, Internal Audit and Risk areas, among other positions held. In the telecommunications sector, he was the Audit Director at his previous company, ONO.

He later joined ROADIS, where he currently leads the internal audit, risk and insurance areas.

Esther Ayuso - Head of Europe & Innovation

Esther holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the UPM of Madrid and a Master's degree in Management of Infrastructure and Public Services and has extensive international experience in PPP projects.

Prior to her appointment as Head of EMEA, she held the position of Managing Director at Indus Concessions in India since 2009. Before joining ROADIS, she held different positions at OHL Concesiones.

José Ramón Ballesteros - Center of Excellence Director

José Ramón holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and a degree in Business Administration and Management.

His entire career has been focused on the world of infrastructure concessions, holding different responsibilities both in the technical and operational side, as well as in finance and asset management.

He was Managing Director of Sociedad Concesionaria Autovía A-4 Madrid S.A., a member of the board of directors of several projects, as well as Director of ROADIS USA.

José Bartolomeu - Head of Brazil SBU

José has solid experience with international companies in different sectors. He started his journey as CFO at Rubuvil in Portugal and was later appointed CFO at the Lena Group, based in Lisbon. In addition, he worked as CFO at Martifer.

Before joining ROADIS at the end of 2015, he worked as COO at Finertec, a holding company dedicated to activities in the energy, engineering, real estate and infrastructure management sectors.

Before being appointed as Head of Brazil in January 2018, he served as CFO of the VIABAHIA concession holder.

Shawn Denton - Managing Director, Investments

Shawn is responsible for overseeing the Group's investment activities.

Before joining ROADIS, Shawn was a Senior Investment Director at PSP, one of Canada's largest pension investment managers, where he focused on global private investments, particularly infrastructure investments. Shawn holds an MBA from McGill University and a law degree from Université de Montréal.

Antonio J. Hernández - Human Resources Director

Antonio holds a Law degree, a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention; he has spent almost his entire career at the company.

He joined Corsan Corviam as a Lawyer and since then he has been promoted to positions of greater responsibility in Industrial Relations and HR Management at Grupo Isolux, holding the position of HR Director at Isolux Infrastructure.

Ana Lorente - General Counsel

Ana Lorente started out her career as a lawyer at Estudio Jurídico Serrano, a law firm of Spanish shareholders with an international presence and with head offices in Madrid. She then joined Ferrovial, where she worked as a lawyer for more than ten years and held the position of Director of Corporate Legal Affairs.

For the last six years she has been working as Director of the Legal Area and Secretary of the Board of Obras Subterráneas, S.A. (OSSA), a company specializing in mining, energy, services and underground construction. Ana graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and has completed her training with a number of specialist courses and seminars.

José María Ojeda - Strategic Projects Group Head

José María holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and has an MBA from IPADE Business School.

He joined Isolux Aparcamientos as Project Manager and was Isolux Infrastructure’s Director for Mexico for eight years and then at ROADIS. During this period, he acquired significant experience across all areas relating to the search for business opportunities, financing and concession management of toll highways.

He has been responsible for North America since the end of 2016. He currently leads the corporate Strategic Projects Group.

Kaushik Pal - Head SBU Asia

Kaushik started out his career at Paharpur Cooling Towers, an energy company. Headquartered in India, it has an international presence and is among the leading companies in its sector. He then joined BOT vertical of L&T (the largest infrastructure conglomerate in India later renamed as L&T IDPL) in 2000 for 12 years handling many assignments finally heading all BOT highway projects in South India as General Manager till he joined Essel Infraprojects, where he worked as Chief Operating Officer for three years, managing more than 15 projects.

 For the last four years he has worked as CEO of the road division at Reliance Infrastructure, a company specializing in the infrastructure sector, with a portfolio of 11 highways and a total managed investment of $1.7 billion.

 Kaushik is a civil engineer from Jadavpur University and has completed his training with numerous specialization courses and seminars; he also holds an MBA from the IIM in Calcutta.

Carlos Redondo – Country Manager Mexico

A graduate in Law and Business Management and Administration (ICADE), Carlos career has taken him to various places: investment, sales, business development and finance; in various industries. He is currently the Country Manager in Mexico.

In the country he manages a large group of professionals divided into two concessions: CAMS and COPEXA. He also seeks ROADIS opportunities for growth in the country, and he always keeps abreast of new developments to precisely manage the operations of a key country amongst the markets where our company currently operates.

Eduard Soler - CFO

Eduard holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and completed his education in the US with an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He started his career at the consulting firm McKinsey&Company and later joined Abengoa, where he held different positions relating to developing, managing and financing infrastructure. Before joining ROADIS, he held the position of Executive Vice President, CFO and COO at Atlantica Yield, a Nasdaq-listed company dedicated to managing a global portfolio of power generation, transmission and water assets. In addition to serving as CFO, Eduard leads the corporate support function teams at ROADIS.
