Who we are  

ROADIS Transportation Holding, S.L.U, a Spanish company with registered address in Spain, calle Hernani 59, 4th Floor, 28020 Madrid, incorporated in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce on June 13 2012. It translated its corporate address to Spain an registered in the company Registry of Madrid on December 21st, 2016, to its volume 35.298, Sheet 190, Section 8, Page M-634569 and 1st Registration.

The present general terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) regulate access and use, by any person (the “User”), of the pages that comprise the website www.ROADIS.com  (the “Website”), which is property of ROADIS, as well as the contents and services included therein.

Access to this Website and/or its use by the User essentially implies full and unconditional acceptance and subjection to the present Terms of Use as it currently stands, as well as, whenever pertinent, to any modifications, additions or replacements made to the same, in line with the services and contents of the Website.

ROADIS therefore recommends the User to carefully read the Terms of Use prior to each access or use of the Website. ROADIS reserves the rights to, at any time, make any changes without any forewarning, as well as to modify and/or replace services and contents of the Website, the Terms of Use and in general, elements that constitute the Website.

The contents of this Website have as sole addressee natural persons or legal entities that, in compliance with the law applicable, have the legal capacity to accept the present Terms of Use.

Use of website

The User is obliged to use the Website and its services and contents in good faith and without contravening valid legislation, and the generally accepted uses and public order, and should do so with licit aims and effects, and hereby commits not to cause damage, deteriorate or render useless the Website, its services and contents, nor hinder other Users from using the Website normally.

The User guarantees that the activities carried out will in no case be offensive to the honor and good commercial image of ROADIS, with respect to other Users of the Website and third parties.

All contents of the Website are the property of ROADIS. The Company reserves any right which is not expressly mentioned in these Terms of Use.

Total or partial reproduction, transmission, distribution, dissemination and storage of the contents of this Website, in whatsoever format, is strictly prohibited without the previous written permission of ROADIS, except in accordance with the following terms. ROADIS authorizes you to visit the Website via your computer and to print contents of the Website for your personal use. This does not imply any authorization for redistributing the same.

Permission is likewise given to use this Website and its contents for non-commercial private use. The use of press releases and other classified documents as public documents is permitted for public communications as long as the source of information is clearly indicated therein.

Access to the website

Access to the Website is under the sole responsibility of the user. By doing so, the user fully and unconditionally accepts all of the present Terms of Use. The contents and services of the Website are solely aimed at disseminating and informing about the activities carried out by ROADIS.

ROADIS will use all available means to ensure that the contents and services posted on its Website are faithful and updated. However, ROADIS is in no position to guarantee these circumstances at all times.

Taking into account that the User can download contents of the Website, ROADIS has equipped itself with the infrastructure needed to prevent any damage arising from computer viruses. Our antivirus systems are reasonably safe and are updated through the novelties placed at our disposal by the service provider. Therefore, ROADIS will not be liable for any potential damage or errors that may be produced to the User’s computer system by the existence of any virus, whenever he/she access the Website.

Intellectual Property and Industrial Property Rights

The industrial and intellectual property rights of the contents of the Website (texts and graphical elements such as designs, logos, source code and others) are the exclusive property of ROADIS, unless otherwise specified. The User can make a private copy of the contents for the sole and exclusive purpose of personal use of the same. Any other use or exploitation other than the mentioned above will require prior written permission from ROADIS.

The legitimacy of the intellectual and property rights related to the contents provided by third parties and so indicated is the exclusive liability of such third parties.

The User is forbidden from reproducing, spreading, distributing, publicly communicating (including the right of making it available), transforming, collecting, and in any other manner, exploiting the contents of the Website without prior written permission from ROADIS. Such actions will otherwise cause a breach of intellectual and industrial property rights that are protected by Law

Personal data protection

The mere access or use the Website does not imply collection of the User’s personal data by ROADIS. However, if ROADIS asks you for your personal details, it will guarantee the safety and confidentiality and shall duly inform the Users as established by Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, relative to Personal Data Protection, as well as by Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21 December, regarding the development of the Organic Law 15/1999 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

ROADIS’s Website could provide links to websites that are the property of third parties. The sole objective is to offer Users the possibility of complementing information via such links. This information is provided by third parties and so, in any case shall ROADIS be liable for any results that may derive to the users form the access to such links.

Notwithstanding the legal provisions, ROADIS declines any responsibility whatsoever related to the contents of the links or to the damage or error produced to the User’s computer system by any virus upon accessing or using such links.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The present Terms of Use shall be governed by the provisions of the Spanish legal system.

The User and ROADIS subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunal of the capital city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other special or general jurisdiction that may correspond for the resolution of any conflict arising from access to the Website
